Facilities Management is responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of UMBC’s energy and utility infrastructure, including Generation and distribution of chilled water for cooling and hot water for heating, Operation and control of HVAC systems, Maintenance of associated infrastructure transformers, switchgear, wiring, chillers, boilers, pumps, piping, valves, and fans and we can generate different reports and analyze daily, weekly, monthly and yearly energy usage monitor and controlled.
